Location. Previously a Westin hotel, the new Hyatt Santa Clara caters primarily to business clientele, as it is located adjacent to the Santa Clara Convention Center. Santa Clara is positioned approximately 10 miles northwest of San Jose, Calif., and despite being a primarily residential community, it has several very recognized attractions. Families patronize this hotel property because of its versatility and its prized location, across from Paramount's Great America theme park. To the delight of both business and leisure travelers, the Hyatt Santa Clara is also only one block away from the city's Municipal Golf and Tennis Club.
Hotel Features. Punctuated by wooden patio furniture, ivory umbrellas and chaise lounges, the outdoor pool and sundeck remain effortlessly poised beneath a ceiling of glorious palm trees. The hotel's casual dining venue, Tresca, lends a Mediterranean twist to a menu of Northern California cuisine. Renovated in 2004, the health club features individual flat screen televisions and headphones on step machines and treadmills.
Guestrooms. Arranged in vivid autumn hues and fine fabrics, the guestroom interiors leave guests feeling comfortable and well attended to. Furniture includes comprehensive work desks, armchairs with ottomans, and of course the guest's desired bed type. With flourishing plants and large windows, each of the Hyatt Santa Clara's 505 guestrooms features beautiful outdoor views and memorable indoor experiences.
